Madam,

I just wondered why Tywyn Town Council couldn’t be bothered putting on a fireworks display this year. If smaller surrounding villages can make an effort why can’t a bigger town be bothered? I’m sure they can’t blame lack of funds and if they are, then instead of spending all their money on events during the summer for tourists, a bit of money could be put aside for local people who keep the town running all year?
