Madam,

Recently I was admitted as an emergency patient to Bronglais Hospital and I would like to take the opportunity to thank all doctors and staff in the A&E Department who looked after me with excellent care at a very difficult time. Also, I would like to show my gratitude to all the caring and dedicated staff at Banwy ward, including domestic and catering staff, who helped on my road to recovery. We are fortunate to have a wonderful hospital so close to home.
