PENRHYNCOCH have been rewarded with a home tie against Welsh League division two side Cwmbran Celtic after they stormed into the third round of the Welsh Cup with a 4-0 victory over Trearddur Bay.

The Roosters had been braced for a testing assignment against their previously unbeaten Anglesey visitors, but proved too hot to handle in the second half. Jonathan Evans’ strike separated the sides at the break, before Jon Foligno, Nathan Warren and Evans, with his second in the last minute, secured a convincing victory.
