PORTHMADOG FC have made an appointment to help facilitate young players’ pathway to the first team with the ultimate aim of creating a footballing academy.

Looking ahead to a new season, the Traeth club have announced that Haydn Jones will take up the new role of director of player development.

Speaking to TeleduPort Jones said: “To me it’s instilling a vision, a vision of creating pathways for elite youth players into the first team.”
