A GOAL in each half from winger Ryan Wade won the game for Airbus UK Broughton, on a day when everything went wrong for the Black and Greens.

Weather woes, a contentious red card and a debatably disallowed goal all combined to create a perfect storm for Ian Hughes’ men on a cold and windy day on Deeside.

Ryan Wade had put Airbus UK Broughton ahead just after the quarter of an hour mark, but Aber went close to equalising on several occasions.

On the hour mark, however, the Seasiders were reduced to 10 men when defender Lee Surman was given his second yellow card and at the death Wade grabbed another goal to seal the 2-0 win.
