Easter Saturday: Egg hunt and crafts, 10.30am, Llandysul; 11.30am Tregroes, the Blood Bikes are coming to collect Easter eggs for the children’s ward at Glangwili Hospital.

Cymdeithas Hanes
THE next meeting will be on Wednesday, 28 March, at 7.15pm at the Porth Hotel.
It is entitled History of Llanfair Mansion and those who lived there with Tom Cowcher.
Clwb Croeso
THE monthly meeting was held at the Porth Hotel on Tuesday, 13 March, at 2pm where the chairman, Mary Williams, opened the meeting with a warm welcome to all.
With apologies given and the business of the day completed, Mary introduced the speaker for the afternoon – a representative of Telynau Teifi Harps, who gave an in-depth talk on the making of the instruments.
Members agreed that it was a very interesting and enjoyable talk. A vote of thanks was given by Jenny Jones.
Upon the conclusion of the talk, members were then served refreshments.
The next meeting will be held on 10 April at the Porth Hotel at 2pm with a representative of Children’s Welsh Air Ambulance being our speaker.
Up-cycling workshop
COME along to a taster day on upcycling at The Powerhouse (SA44 4AH) on Monday, 9 April, from 11am to 4pm.
Do you have old clothes that don’t fit, or that you never wear? Rediscover your clothes and find creative inspiration to give them new life.
This co-create workshop is for those who have some experience in using a sewing machine. The aim is to collaborate with ideas and materials and to dare to be inventive.
