AN ABERPORTH man who failed to attend appointments has been handed extra hours of unpaid work as part of a community order.

James Andrew Davies, of 16 Clos y Fferm, admitted breaching his community order by missing his unpaid work appointments on 18 December and 8 January when he appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 24 Fenruary.

The 27-year-old was handed an extra 20 hours of unpaid work for the breach, and must pay costs of £60.
