SOMETHING interesting is occurring in Llandysul on Saturday when Ruth Jones, the acclaimed actress, writer and library campaigner will be cutting the ribbon at the relaunch of the town library.

The star and creator of sitcom Gavin & Stacey will be on hand to help mark a new chapter in the history of the library which is now being run by volunteers.

A short ceremony outside the building at 11.30am will be followed by tea and coffee and cakes in the church hall.
