AN APPLICATION for 10 more homes at a housing development at Cross Inn, Llandysul has been approved by planners if conditions are met.
Plans for phase four of a large-scale development at Heol y Cwm will see an extra 10 homes being built.
Members of Ceredigion council’s planning committee agreed to defer the application with powers to approve while “outstanding matters” are resolved.
As long as an agreement can be reached on an affordable housing quota, a phasing plan, plans for open space and a community and language assessment, the Head of Lifestyle Services has been given power to approve by members.
