A NUMBERr of well-supported fundraising events at Nefyn Golf Club have raised £14,500 for a special charity.

Guide Dogs Wales was chosen as the captains’ charity and their representative Jacquie Hughes-Jones visited the club recently to accept the cheque from last year’s captains Cemlyn Howel and Pam Kempley.

They said: “The charity does amazing work and it was a pleasure supporting them.”
